Total Performance Physical Therapy is dedicated to providing our patients with the highest quality care. We accomplish this goal by offering a one-on-one, hands-on treatment approach to address and resolve each individual's unique condition(s).

Total Performance Physical Therapy offers state-of-the art rehab and exercise equipment, along with private treatment rooms. We are located on Hillside Avenue in Williston Park, right next to the East Williston LIRR train station, and have a conveniently located village parking lot directly behind the building. Total Performance offers flexible scheduling and a friendly atmosphere.
